Skype will create a meeting and send the Skype meeting URL to the Teams user. If the Teams user have Skype for Business installed on their computer they can use that client, if not they will be able to use the Skype for Business Web Client. Im in a call, but Im unable to share my screen. The screen sharing options are grayed out. Click OK and share the audio file and you will find no problem to share system sound on skype. If you are having issues sharing your screen in Skype, the following tips may help. Choose Share System Sound options from the menu. Click on the + sign button on the bottom of your Skype screen. If a Skype user want to share desktop with a Teams user Skype will create a Skype meeting and ask the Teams user to join that meeting. Make a Skype call to your friend or colleague. The Skype user will get an URL for the meeting that they can click on to join the meeting. When you start the meeting your current call will end and your Teams client will enter the new meeting. Click on the share button and you will be able to select “Start a meeting”. When you active in a call you can also start sharing your screen. To un-hide the toolbar, move your mouse to the top of the screen. On Mac: Click on the Apple icon at the top left corner and select the ‘Restart’ option and then click on ‘Restart’ again. You can also switch computer screen or windows if you have selected to share only one window in the sharing session. Click Give Control to share control of your desktop or program with the participants. When you are inside the meeting you will be able to share your desktop. On the sharing toolbar, on top of the screen, use any of these options: Click Stop Presenting when you are done sharing your screen. We you click on that a meeting URL will be sent in the chat, you and the other person that you chats with have to click on the URL to join the meeting.
